Location: Saxonburg, PA
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 7-3am shift OR 3-11pm shift
Shift Differential: 2nd Shift (3-11p) + $0.35/hr | 3rd Shift (11p-7a) + $1.50/hr

What You'll Do
You don't need to know our equipment on day one — we'll train you. We're looking for dependable, safety-minded people who are willing to learn and work as part of a team.
This position is responsible for repairing and maintaining production equipment, training of production team in basic maintenance, organizing spare parts, and coordination of maintenance tasks. Duties include electrical, pneumatic, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, welding and machine shop. Maintenance Technicians also work closely with Production and supporting departments to assist in the startup, running, and troubleshooting of production machines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed to work as a team.
Main duties to include, troubleshooting, tear downs and re-assemble machines and machine parts. Creates suitable sketches and plans for replacing, substituting, or improving machine parts for each unique maintenance situation. Use common precision measuring instruments and gauges.
Teamwork, strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly in a production environment are some of the qualities you need to be successful in this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred 2-year degree or certification in an electrical or mechanical specialty with three years’ electrical and mechanical maintenance experience repairing high speed machinery, or 5+ years electrical/mechanical maintenance experience repairing production machinery
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be familiar with NEC
- Excellent understanding of Electrical/PLC with certification is a plus.
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
- Analytical skills
- Physical stamina and strength to lift up to 50lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to follow written procedures and safety requirements
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Ability and willingness to work other shifts if needed (the job is NOT rotating shifts)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and team-oriented
Helpful, but not required:
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, industrial, chemical, or metals experience
- Forklift experience
- Boiler license or experience
- Experience working in a safety- or quality-focused environment
