PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As we continue to expand our operations both domestically and globally, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

Implement sales and marketing strategy for designated market sectors and specific customers. Monitor individual accounts and ensure customer requirements are understood by internal personnel and that the company’s capabilities are understood by customers. Responsible for professionally representing the company; for problem solving & technical support to customers; for working as an interface between our customers and operations; for seeking and developing new customers & markets; for gathering reliable marketing intelligence; for regular internal communication via written reports, presentations, meetings & verbal updates. This is an exciting opportunity to help lead our sales efforts, and boost revenue growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Outbound Sales KPIs: Maintain scope of your key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue targets, conversion rates, pipeline development, and customer acquisition costs.
• Key Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts and strategic clients for both international and North American markets.
• Sales Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve on your sales tactics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Utilize best practices, tools, and technologies to streamline sales efforts and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Strategic Planning: Work with Sales Operations Manager, and Product Manager to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Identify new market opportunities, potential clients, and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with Sales Operations Manager to develop accurate sales forecasts, considering market trends, customer demands, and other relevant factors. Continuously monitor and refine forecasts based on real-time data and performance indicators.
• Sales Analytics and Reporting: Utilize sales analytics tools and our CRM system (Salesforce) to track, and analyze the Customer base.
• Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, and other internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Share insights and feedback from the field to contribute to product improvements and customer satisfaction.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Leverage industry knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree, in Business, Marketing, or Science discipline (strongly preferred).
• 3+ year Sales Account Management experience.
• Ability to travel extensively within the Americas, with scope to undertake global travel as needed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales growth.
